1. About Quality Control Company
QCC is a distributor of precision measurement and inspection equipment, including ring and plug gages, pin gages, and metrology tools sourced directly from manufacturers. Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
2. Quotes
Many products are sold on a quote basis. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you supply and is valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise. A quote is not an offer to sell and is not a guarantee of availability or price. Pricing, lead time, and availability are confirmed only when we accept your order.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting a quote request or an order does not create a binding contract until QCC confirms and accepts it. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing or description errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will issue a refund for that order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and handling unless noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added where required. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice, and orders may require payment in full or approved credit terms before shipment.
5. Direct-From-Manufacturer Sourcing
Many products ship directly from the manufacturer. This means inventory is current and supported by any applicable manufacturer warranty, but lead times vary by manufacturer and product. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Certain items are non-returnable, as noted on the product, on your quote, or in our Shipping and Returns policy.
6. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom-manufactured items, including custom-sized or specially configured ring and plug gages, are produced to your specifications. Once production has begun, these items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Please confirm all specifications, including size, class, tolerance, and direction of tolerance, before submitting a custom order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated ship and delivery dates are not guaranteed and are not a condition of the contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting each shipment on receipt and reporting any visible damage or shortage promptly.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy. Some products, including custom items and other items identified as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.
9. Product Accuracy, Calibration, and Certification
Gages and instruments are intended to comply with applicable gaging industry standards and, where stated, are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Any certification reflects the condition of the product at the time of manufacture or shipment. You are responsible for confirming that a product meets the requirements of your application and for maintaining proper calibration during use.
10. Warranties
Products are covered by the warranties, if any, offered by their manufacturers, which are passed through to you to the extent permitted. Except as expressly stated, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, QCC provides products “as is” and disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business interruption, arising from the sale or use of any product or from your use of this site. QCC’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and page layout, is owned by or licensed to QCC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
